Apparel Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We adhere to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines for consumer law in Australia.

If you’ve received an item that is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, you’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.

To process your return:

  1. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, describing the problem and providing proof of purchase.
  2. Return the item to us in its original condition, with the labels and packaging intact.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing choices. However, we are happy to exchange items for different sizes, provided the items are returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed or are not in their original condition.

Postage costs for returning items will be at your expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In such cases, Kraatz Tattoo will cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this returns policy. If you have any questions or need assistance with a return, please contact us.
